How industry focus is recorded
A provider appears under an industry because it lists that industry itself — in the navigation of its own website, or in a vendor partner directory. We normalise the wording so that the same industry is not split across three labels, but we do not infer focus from anything else. A provider that quietly does excellent work in a sector it never mentions will not appear here, and that is a limitation of the method rather than a judgement.
