Sector expertise usually lives in specific systems rather than in the sector itself. Name your line-of-business application and ask what they have done with it.
Check who does the work
Some providers subcontract specialist work. That is not a problem in itself, but you should know it before an incident rather than during one.
Compare against generalists too
